Before you reserve a table, please ensure you have read our booking terms below. By reserving a table, you agree you have read these terms.
Children and Accessibility: Children under 8 are not permitted, and prams or pushchairs cannot be accommodated in our venues for safety reasons.
Pets: With the exception of guide dogs, we do not allow animals into our venues.
Table Requests: Whilst we endeavour to fulfil customer requests for table choices, we cannot always guarantee a style of table due to accommodating customers with disabilities, special requests or having to merge tables for larger groups. Should you require a certain table, please email your request to info@renoufs.co.uk.
Late Arrivals: We can only hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes after your reserved time. If you are running late for your reservation, we may not be able to extend your stay due to other reservations.
Cancellations: Renoufs require 3-hours’ notice of a table cancellation for parties of 6 and under. 24 hours’ notice is required for tables over 6.
Larger Groups Policy: For bookings of more than six guests, a £5 per person booking fee is required to secure the reservation. This fee is non-refundable, but will be deducted from your final bill when you dine with us. If your group size changes, please inform us at least 24 hours before your booking. If we are not notified within this time, the booking fee will be retained for any absent guests. Please also note that groups larger than six may be seated across multiple tables positioned next to each other, and tables will not be joined together. A 10% service charge is applied to all bookings over 12 guests. Your card details are securely held by our PCI Compliant Payment Gateway. By making a reservation with us and providing contact details you are agreeing to these conditions.
