Welcome to Renoufs Cheese & Wine Bars.
These Terms & Conditions explain important information about using our website, visiting our venues, making reservations, purchasing gift vouchers and arranging private events.
References to “Renoufs”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the Renoufs business responsible for providing the relevant service.
Our website is www.renoufswinebars.co.uk.
For general enquiries, please contact info@renoufs.co.uk.
Reservations can be made through our website using our online booking system.
We ask customers to arrive promptly for their reservation. Tables will normally be held for up to 15 minutes after the booked time. If you expect to be delayed, please contact the venue as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that a table will remain available after this period.
For parties of more than six guests, a booking deposit of £5 per person is required. This deposit is deducted from the final bill, subject to the cancellation conditions below.
For reservations of six guests or fewer, we ask for at least three hours’ notice of cancellation.
For reservations of more than six guests, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.
Where a deposit has been taken, cancellations made within the applicable notice period, or failure to attend, may result in the deposit being retained, subject to applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the cancellation.
If Renoufs needs to cancel a reservation, any deposit paid for that reservation will be refunded.
Renoufs welcomes guests aged eight and over. Children under eight are not permitted in our venues.
We do not permit pets inside our venues. Assistance dogs are welcome in accordance with applicable law.
Our menus contain a variety of ingredients, including common allergens such as milk, nuts, gluten and other allergens.
Customers with food allergies, intolerances or specific dietary requirements should inform our team before ordering.
Although we take reasonable precautions, our kitchens and food preparation areas handle multiple allergens. We cannot guarantee that every product will be completely free from traces of allergens.
Our team will be happy to provide available allergen information and discuss suitable options.
All menu prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
We operate a one-bill-per-table policy.
A 10% service charge is applied to tables of seven or more guests. Any service charge will be clearly communicated and handled in accordance with applicable law.
Additional gratuities are voluntary.
Prices and menu availability may change, and some products may be subject to availability.
Renoufs gift vouchers can be purchased online through our authorised gift voucher provider, VoucherCart, or directly from participating Renoufs venues.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the original date of purchase, unless a different period is expressly stated at the time of purchase.
Vouchers may be redeemed against eligible purchases at participating Renoufs venues.
Where the value of a purchase is less than the remaining voucher balance, the unused balance can be retained and used towards another eligible purchase within the original validity period.
Part-redemption does not extend the voucher’s expiry date.
Where the value of a purchase exceeds the available voucher balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and cash change will not be provided.
Customers should keep their voucher or voucher code secure. Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers should be reported to Renoufs, and we will consider whether the remaining value can be verified and recovered.
Online purchases through VoucherCart may also be subject to the purchasing terms presented during checkout. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory consumer rights, including cancellation or refund rights where applicable.
Renoufs offers private venue hire and event arrangements, subject to availability and agreement.
Private hire bookings may be subject to a minimum spend, a booking fee and additional event-specific conditions.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a £500 booking fee is required to secure an exclusive venue booking and is deducted from the final bill.
The booking fee is described as non-refundable, subject to applicable consumer law, the circumstances of cancellation and any specific written agreement.
A 10% service charge applies to private hire bookings where stated in the booking agreement.
Minimum spend requirements, guest capacities, food and drink arrangements and cancellation provisions will be confirmed before the booking is finalised.
Customers should refer to their individual event quotation or booking confirmation for the terms applicable to their event.
